Austin Younglove is an entrepreneur, sales leader, and talent strategist based in Phoenix, Arizona. He is the Founder of Colossus Search Group, a modern executive search firm focused on delivering high-impact talent solutions through flat-fee, Recruiting-as-a-Service, and traditional search models.

With a background spanning executive recruiting, business development, and enterprise-level technology consulting, Austin brings a unique blend of analytical thinking, negotiation skill, and relationship-driven leadership to his work. He has partnered with companies ranging from early-stage startups to international organizations, helping them secure the leadership and technical talent required to scale.

Austin is deeply connected to the Arizona business community and frequently collaborates with founders, executives, and investors on growth initiatives. Known for his direct, transparent approach, he focuses on building long-term partnerships.

Lisa Garstang
Managing Director

Lisa brings nearly 30 years of recruiting experience to Colossus Search Group. She built her foundation at KMPG and Robert Half, where she spent over a decade managing client relationships and leading strategic accounts. That experience carried her through senior roles in IT recruiting, professional services hiring, and eventually C-suite executive search across accounting and finance, IT, HR, marketing, and legal.

She is an active voice in the staffing industry, speaking at events like ASA Staffing World and the Staffing Industry Analysts Executive Forum. Lisa's background spanning enterprise firms and boutique search gives her a sharp understanding of what companies need when making critical senior hires. At Colossus, she brings that same focus to helping clients find leaders who deliver results.
