career details.

representatives.

- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and operating system (if analytics tools are implemented in
the future).
We do not currently collect job descriptions, budgets, or other client hiring data through online forms.

We will only share candidate information with clients after the candidate has provided express

- With Service Providers: including vendors who support our operations such as Loxo (applicant
tracking), Stripe (payment processing, future integration), and Google Workspace (email and storage).

legal rights.
We do not sell personal information.

We do not currently use cookies or analytics tracking tools. Should that change, we will update this
policy accordingly and provide appropriate notice.

required by law. When data is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.
