flat-fee and Recruitment-as-a-Service (“RaaS”) offerings. These services are designed for
organizations seeking to identify and hire candidates.
We do not offer employment services to individual job seekers, and no guarantee of employment or
engagement is provided. Final hiring decisions are made solely by the client.
3. Use of the Website
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must
not:
- Attempt to access non-public areas or systems.
- Upload false or misleading information.
- Use the website to transmit malicious code or spam.
- Copy, distribute, or modify website content without prior written permission.

We reserve the right to restrict access, suspend, or terminate use of the website for violations of these
Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in a signed client agreement, all fees are due as outlined in your invoice.
Refunds, cancellations, or adjustments are subject to the terms defined in individual client contracts
and are not governed by these website Terms.

Colossus provides recruitment services on a best-effort basis. While we strive to identify qualified
candidates, we do not guarantee employment, hiring outcomes, or performance results.
Our website and content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Colossus Search Group and its officers, employees, and affiliates
are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or relating to
your use of the website or our services.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid to Colossus, if any, for the specific services
giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Colossus, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims,
